Trauma Therapist
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience as a therapist in New York City. My work began on Rikers Island with incarcerated mothers facing trauma and addiction, and has grown to include communities close to my heart—gay men living with HIV/AIDS and veterans.

I’m trained in EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, and CBT/DBT, and help clients build mindfulness, self-regulation, and healthier patterns of thought and behavior. My practice supports people navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the challenges of modern life.

In therapy, we slow down and reconnect with what’s real. I see this work as an anchor—space to pause, reflect, and heal in a world that rarely stops moving.
