Clinical Director

Gerard Ilaria is a trauma therapist and Division Administrator at Weill Cornell Medicine. He has dedicated his 30+ year career to the provision of mental health and health care to stigmatized and underserved populations including people living with HIV/AIDS, the LGBTQ+ community and military veterans.

Psychiatrist

Todd Loftus, MD is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Public Health and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College. At the Midtown Center for Treatment and Research he sees patients with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues including providing Suboxone treatment.

Therapist

Allison Nelson, LCSW EMDR and trauma therapist, couples therapy specialist, and certified addictions counselor. She specializes in treating all degrees of trauma, and provide individual and couples therapy to assist her clients to live a more integrated and satisfying life.

Tom Lorio, LCSW

Tom Lorio, LCSW holds a Masters in Social Work from the Hunter College. Clinical experience includes; EAP, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, forensic social work and trauma therapy with veterans. He has special interest in the intersection of the LGBTQ+ community with trauma and PTSD.

Currently the Director of Weill Cornell Medicine's Midtown Center for Treatment and Research where he supervises a multidisciplinary staff specializing in the treatment of Substance Use Disorders and focuses on trauma.

Therapist

Jillian Tucker, DSW, works in outpatient substance abuse treatment at Weill Cornell Medicine Midtown Center for Treatment and Research and with combat veterans. She teaches at Columbia University and New York University.

Jill Stolbach, LCSW is a clinician with training in EMDR and certification in eating disorders and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. as well as serving as a clinical supervisor, and for 29 years was senior clinical social worker at New York Presbyterian’s Weill Cornell Internal Medical Associates.
